If you are not aware, this is not an unusual mistake. Minor people are frequently arrested and even tortured by Pakistani Police. In a recent event reported by Jang, a case of theft of jewelary and other stuff was opened against some people and among them was a two year old son of one of the accused. You may also hear next day about resisting arrest charges against the two year old so stay tuned :)
