The police state

Public of Ghotki have been victim of crimes for which they started protest against police for not taking action against criminal elements. But instead of taking action against criminals, police has started arresting protesters on the orders of CPO Sakib Ismail.

This is what true police state means. You can't even protest against Police for backing criminals. Many citizan had to flea. Many who were arrested are even not involved in protests. Here is something funy. People who were in operation theater were also nominated in FIRs.

Police beats security guard for doing his duty

A security guard at a hospital (Multan Institute of Cardiology) point where no-one other than a patient was allowed to enter was beaten up badly by an SHO and cops for stoping SHO from entering while he was not in uniform.

Poor guy didn't even know that he was stopping a cop.

Police tortured a young man so bad that he fell unconsios. Cops ran away when poeple from around reached.

I have witnessed police torture in my city so many times that I start to believe that cops in Pakistan are not even human. They are some prehistoric beasts sent amoung us as a punishment by Allah.

Iterior Minister of Sind Povince has taken notice of death of a man in Police Station from Police torture, as claimed by his closed ones.

I say taking a notice is not enough, If you had really cared, you would have tried to improve the system.

FIA Inspector and Constable suspended for bribery

Two FIA cops were suspended after being caught in an attempt of looting a traveller at the airport.
Maybe Government has decided to shut down the FIA. If "all cops" involved in bribery are suspended, who would be left on job :).

Pollice looting people

Two Rawalpindi police ASIs were caught by Islamabad police looting people "under cover". I wonder why bother catching them at all when they have the liberty to rape and murder people every now and then.

The only explanation is that they were caught by Islamabad Police :). Looting = good - Looting in others' territory = bad.

Even cops are territorial :)

Police torture on female medical students/protesters

Police torture on women is very common in Pakistan. This year many women have already been raped in Police stations including a thirteen year old girl who was gang raped in police station for 22 days.

Medical students of Qaid-e-Azam medical college were protesting against load shedding when police brutally tortured male and female students. Dragging female students from hair and insulting them.

Watching these pictures and other news made by police every day, one can easily come to conclusion that Pakistan is far behind in human rights and the whole country is terrorized by police.

Motorway police breaks nose of a driver with torture

Police is the most hated, feared government institute in Pakistan. It has terrorized everyone but motorway police is somewhat considered better then other branches. However, after reading the news of torture by motorway police on a driver, breaking his nose, one may not find it any different from rest of uniform terrorists.

Since police itself gives enough punishement to everyone (guilty or not), government of Pakistan should seriously think about clossing all courts and sending all judges to home.

Woman raped by SHO

A woman named Nida who was arrested along with her husband was raped by SHO (Munir Lashari) of police station and in the presence of magistrate no rape charges could be filed.

A lot of Pakistanis have died this month due to flood, terrorism, target killing and a plan crash. People say that this is because Allah is angry with us. Believe me they are right. These floods, earthquakes and terrorism are cries of those Nidas we has insulted and this is the least punishment we are having. There is more to come. We are in war with Allah. Killing and raping innocents.

Lahore highcourt orders medical report of man killed by police in jail

Jail superintendent appeared before court today regarding death of a prisoner in Adiala jail by police torture. Court commented that police seems to be involved in the death of the prisoner.

Cops shot a man three times while trying to kidnap him

Cops called saleem and when he went to them, they tried to put him in a van. Upon resistance, they shot him three times in legs and ran away. His family protested but no action has been taken againt cops.

Cops killed 18 years old by torture in Jail

18 Years old Hameed was imprisoned in Adiala Jail were police tortured him to death. He will always be alive in our "memories".

Highcourt took a notice of his death. Well this is "national symbol" of Pakistan. We never take a notice of a person when he is alive. We wait for his death and then take a notice. There are so may Hameeds being tortured in every jail/police station in Pakistan but we took a notice of one who is dead.

Police shot at protesters, one dead

55 years old Abdul Gaffur died when Police open fire at protesters of ring road affecties. They were protesting because during construction of ring road, their way was not provided.

Construction company's owner, his son and employees also shot at protesters with Police.

Since the government is responsible for the death of Adbul Gaffur because a way/road is their right which must have been provided, we will place him in our "In the memories of" page.

It is also important to mention here that Police shooting on protesters is becoming routine day by day. There are so many human rights violation by government of Pakistan and other Pakistani institutions and when people start a protest Police attacks on them with weapons which shows that the life of a Pakistani citizen is worth nothing to the government and its dogs in uniform. Police insists on "MUK MUKA" from rape victim instead of arresting rapist

Last day a prisoner tried to escape by treating his guards with drugged biscuits. That was a tradition known as "Kharcha Pani". It is some money or food Pakistani police demands from its applicants or prisoners.

Another more shameful and inhuman tradition introduced in Police is "Muk Muka". It is where police forces victims to just leave the other party alone and normally they take money from the other party for this "service". i.e. If a woman has been raped, they will try to prove to her family that its not in their benefit to register a case saying that it will only bring shame to their family. They will pretend as if they are their well wishers. By pressurising with these tactics, they normally manage to shut up the victims. If victims family does not listen to them softly, they will threaten them with turning the case against them and so on until they withdraw the case.

Some thing like this happened in linked news where rape victim is being pressurised by police to forgive the rapist. In this way, on one hand police is directly involved in gang rapes and on the other hand, they are protecting rapists by pressurising victims.

CCPO Aslam Tareen says that illegal detentions, torture and mistreating public in police station will not be tolerated. Well statement looks kinda familiar.

Suspendend: The highest punishment for a cop

Murder, gang rape, torture, illegal detention or bribe - a cop in Pakistan guilty of one or all of these crimes gets suspended and that's it. Later we hear that he is being reappointed at better position. All of this is because of political involvements.

However Lahore High court rejected this punishment against cops that were absent from their posts when shooting accord at Rawalpindi court saying that they should be presented before Anti-terrorism court.

Treat us with tea and biscuits

It is cutomery that underarrest prisoners are forced to treat cops with "Kharcha Pani" (eat and drink). It is the same custom that provided an escape plan to a prisoner by feeding drugged biscuits to cops (although they dissorved greater punishement than being drugged). However the plan failed because people caught and handed over the prisonor to police.

Police arrests victims

In recent rains, Azam Gardan Society was filled with water and people were not able to come out of their homes. People protested against Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA). But what police did was that they arrested the people who protested against WASA for not doing its job. Welcome to Pakistan.

Sarfaraz 26 was riding his bike when Police shot him. Police said that when ordered to stop by police. Victims family claims that police murdered their son and Sarfaraz was not involved in shooting.

Chief Justice Supreme Court said that the performance of Police is disappointing. Police salaries were doubled by the government but it did not change any thing. Supreme Court of Pakistan was hearing a land mafia case. He said that hundereds of cases are being launched against police everyday.

Two rescued from illegal police custody

Daily thousands of people in Pakistan are taken by Police, locked up and tortured illegally however thanks to courts, some of them manage to suffer less. Woman raped by two cops

A woman named Saera Bibi was walking home when two cops grabbed her into a shop and raped her whole night. Another man was also involved in the gang rape. In the morning woman reported the crime to SSP MPK.

Women torture by Police

Women threatens to suicide because of what Police did to her.

Farzanna Bibi was tortured in her house by ASI Bashir and his friends tearing her cloths and beating her. Area Police Station and DSP Arifwala also refused to register the case. Minister and 16 police officials involved in kidnapping of a girl

A girl was kidnapped by Minister (Mian Nissar Gul) and 16 police officials and kept in abduction for six days. The allegations were made by the girl's mother.

Mian Nissar Gul resigned later.
